  Securely pack the items in their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit back to our warehouse.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
